Returns
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, personalised items and items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
