Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are packed or dispatched. Contact us with your order number.
After dispatch
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.
Refund of cancelled orders
Amounts paid online for cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
